BSIS is the state agency of California. It’s understandable that the security guard skills need to be upgraded as it directly involves the security issues.

In the state of California, the demand for security guards has been growing massively for the last few years. With several calamities that have taken place in 2020, the demand for security guards has elevated. The Pandemic, wildfires and civil unrest have exalted the demand for security officers.

Currently, according to the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, California has the highest number of security officers in the country. The state has around 160,000 guards right now. The Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim region has over 70,000 guards while San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward employs around 21,000 guards in the service. The bureau also estimated that the state will need another 32,000 more security guards in the state by the end of the decade to protect people and property.

If you want to pursue  a career as security guard, you need to finish the training process first. You’ll have to finish the training process and guard card license certification before taking up security guard jobs. You’ll not be able to join any company as a security guard unless you finish the training process as the hiring company would violate the state law and will be subjected to fines.

To be eligible to apply for the guard card license certification, you need to be at least eighteen years old with no criminal records. I have slow internet and/or frequent connection drops.
To fix this, just get a little closer. If the router is located in a different room, try going into the room where the router is located and see if that fixes the issue. If this is a consistent issue, try to position your router higher (up on a shelf), away from other devices, which can interfere with it, and in a central location in your home.
