Security guards are needed everywhere to maintain safety and security. Be it a large organization or a small residential complex, security guards play a major role in providing peace of mind to the owners. Their presence intimidates criminals which eliminate crime incidents extensively. Also, there has been a tremendous surge in demand for security guards, especially after the pandemic. Qualified security guards did a fabulous job by enforcing pandemic protocol and eliminating crimes. But, there was a death of BSIS-certified security guards in the state of California during that time and so the state official declared that they would hire 32000 security guards in the near future to stay prepped for uncertain threats.
